1. Acceptance of Terms & Services Overview

Welcome to Tech Global Web ("Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By accessing our website (techglobalweb.com), engaging our services, or signing any proposal/quotation, you ("Client", "User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Tech Global Web operates as a comprehensive digital agency offering custom Website Design & Development, E-Commerce Solutions, CMS & Web Applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Brand Building, and Technical Support.

2. Quotations, Estimates & Scope of Work

All project estimates and package rates provided on our website are starting prices and remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. The finalized price and project deliverables are formally defined in the project scope or proposal agreed upon before work commences.

Any additions, custom features, or architectural alterations requested outside the agreed scope will be evaluated separately as an additional Change Request (CR) and billed at our standard hourly or milestone rates.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing Schedule

Unless mutually agreed otherwise in written agreement, our payment terms are structured as follows:

• Standard Web Development Projects: A non-refundable advance deposit of 50% is required prior to project kickoff. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion, staging approval, and before final source code / live server deployment.
• Digital Marketing & SEO Retainers: Monthly retainer services (SEO, SMO, PPC management) are billed 100% in advance on a monthly cycle.
• Accepted Modes: Payments may be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or approved secure online payment gateways.
• Late Payments: Invoices pending beyond 7 business days past due date may result in temporary suspension of active development or marketing campaigns.

4. Client Obligations & Content Provision

The client is responsible for supplying all necessary content, including logos, high-resolution imagery, brand guidelines, text copy, third-party API credentials, and domain/server access in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback will proportionally extend the agreed project delivery timeline. The client warrants that all assets provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

5. Revisions, Review & Approval Process

Our packages include standard revision rounds during the design and staging review phases (typically 2 to 3 iterations as specified in the package proposal). Once the final design prototype or website is approved in writing or via email, any subsequent design overhauls or structural revisions will be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Upon 100% full and final payment clearance, all rights, title, and ownership of the customized website frontend, graphic designs, and bespoke source code created specifically for the project transfer completely to the Client.

Tech Global Web retains the right to display the completed work, project screenshots, and client URL in our agency portfolio, marketing case studies, and promotional showcases (unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement / NDA is signed prior to project kickoff).

7. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

While Tech Global Web assists clients with server setups, DNS configurations, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways like Razorpay/Stripe, WhatsApp APIs, Google Maps, CRM integrations), we are not liable for server downtime, outages, fee changes, or policy adjustments enforced by third-party providers (Hostinger, AWS, cPanel, Google, Meta, etc.).

8. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing Disclaimer

We employ 100% ethical, industry-standard white-hat SEO techniques to optimize on-page structure, speed, and technical architecture. However, due to continuous algorithmic updates by search engines (such as Google), no digital agency can legitimately guarantee fixed #1 rankings or specific keyword positions.

9. Free Support & Maintenance Period

All custom websites delivered by Tech Global Web include 30 days of complimentary post-launch bug-fix support covering script errors, layout defects, or broken links directly attributable to our work. Maintenance beyond the warranty period is covered under our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or monthly packages.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may terminate a project by providing written notice. Because our services involve dedicated technical labor and custom asset creation, advance booking deposits are non-refundable once design or development has commenced. In case of early termination, work completed up to the date of notice will be accounted for, and any remaining balance will be settled accordingly.

11. Limitation of Liability & Confidentiality

In no event shall Tech Global Web, its directors, or developers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, lost sales, or security breaches of client-managed credentials. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service under dispute.

Both parties agree to protect and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business data, passwords, and sensitive client information exchanged during the engagement.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
